Analyst
Elli Tessier is an energy engineer with a Master’s in energy economics from Université Paris Saclay and in civil engineering from ENSTA Paris. Before joining Hinicio, Elli worked as a project manager at Climate Action Network Europe (CAN) in Brussels on the deployment of national energy scenarios to help national NGOs to promote their version of the National Energy and Climate Plans. Before that, he worked as a research engineer at the Center For Applied Mathematics of Mines ParisTech in Sophia Antipolis. His main project was to integrate the social acceptance of energy projects into long-term global energy scenarios. After a few years of working on energy scenarios, he joined Hinicio to make them come true and help various companies to develop their hydrogen projects. He speaks English and French, and has professional knowledge of German and some notions of Dutch.
