Hinicio is a strategy consulting firm focused on sustainable energy and mobility founded in 2006. Since then, Hinicio is globally recognized as a leading consultancy in the field of hydrogen and fuel cells.

Hinicio join the Vulcain Engineering Group at the beginning of the years and integer the Vulcain information system in July. Vulcain Engineering Group is a medium-sized company with expertise in consultancy and engineering, working in the energy, environment, process industries and major infrastructure sectors.

Hinicio and Group IT department is looking for an Americas IT Operations in charge of America based in Colombia. In charge of maintaining American offices and users, the Americas IT Operations will have to deal with the group’s ongoing support requests when the European offices are closed.

The selected person will work on a hybrid basis in the city of Bogota, and will develop the following tasks:

Desired skills & expertise

  • Minimum proven B2 level in English.
  • Proficiency in another language such as French.
  • Proven experience between 1-3 years. 
  • Good knowledge of information systems (organization, good case practices/bad case practices).
  • 2 years of experience with windows system administration.
  • 2 years of experience in Office 365 administration.
  • Firewall Switch network device management and administration.
  • Print management and administration.
  • Good interpersonal, writing and speaking skills in both English and Spanish (B2/C1 level)
  • Methodical, transparent and timely work dynamics.
  • Accountability to the Group Support Manager in time and quality, as well as autonomous work on a daily basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agile and lean methodologies.
