Operations Manager
Luisa is a civil engineer with a master’s degree in civil engineering, with an emphasis on environmental engineering. She has more than 20 years of experience and has worked extensively as a Project Manager on diverse infrastructure and renewable energy generation projects in LATAM. Luisa is also a PMP certification holder and has extensive experience in risk analysis for the design, construction, and operation of energy generation projects.
Before joining Hinicio, Luisa worked for 4 years as a Business Development Manager at EDF Colombia. In this role, she identified and evaluated a pipeline of more than 1,000 MW of potential energy generation projects and led all hydrogen-related opportunities in Colombia. Luisa is fluent in Spanish and English.
