Finance Manager
Simón leads Finance across the Americas at Hinicio, overseeing financial planning, reporting, cash management, and performance management activities. He works closely with Hinicio’s management team to support strategic decision-making, business performance, and sustainable growth across multiple countries and legal entities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in corporate finance, financial management, business transformation, governance, ERP implementation, and M&A integration.
In his current role, Simón serves as the primary financial point of contact with Vulcain, Hinicio’s shareholder, coordinating financial reporting, governance matters, and shareholder communications. Combining a strong international perspective with hands-on financial leadership, Simón helps bridge strategy, operations, and finance to drive performance and support Hinicio’s long-term ambitions.
Simón is Chilean and speaks fluent Spanish, English, and German.
