Nicole Gutiérrez holds a degree in Social Communication from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. Before joining Hinicio, Nicole worked in NGOs and international cooperation and private sector organizations, focusing on human rights and circular economy. Her background is related to communication for development, humanitarian work and sustainability. Nicole is particularly interested in working on cooperation and development issues and has the desire to work for an equal and sustainable planet. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has some knowledge of French.
