Consultant
Carlos holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito in Colombia and is studying for a master’s degree in electronic engineering from the same institution.
Throughout his professional career, Carlos has acquired experience in conducting market studies, development and analysis of business models for the introduction of renewable energies and energy efficiency projects, technical-economic feasibility studies, project management in energy efficiency projects and technical assistance in project development, and capacity building on issues related to renewable energies, energy transition, and energy efficiency.
Before joining Hinicio, he worked in a multinational investment company focused on sustainability, climate change, and productive uses of renewable energy issues, specifically solar PV and energy efficiency providing training to academia and industry. Carlos speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
