Consultant
Victoria is a policy and regulatory expert. Prior to joining Hinicio as a Consultant, she worked as a policy advisor within trade associations representing energy and industrial sectors. In her previous roles, Victoria led task forces and working groups on the EU Emissions Trading System, energy flexibility, and industrial emissions.
She is passionate about climate policy and the decarbonization of hard-to-abate sectors. Victoria has an academic background in law, political communication, and European studies. She also gained valuable experience through internships with the Belgian administration and government, including an experience at the Belgian Federal Cabinet for Energy, Environment, and Sustainable Development.
Victoria is fluent in French and English, with a good knowledge of German and Dutch.
