Consultant
Giovanni is an industrial engineer with a Master’s degree in Water Science and Management from Utrecht University. Before joining Hinicio, Giovanni worked for 3 years in the mining industry, as a business developer engineer at Keypro Ingeniería S.A., a specialized consulting firm with focus on mineral processing and fluid transport. During his academic period at Utrecht University, Giovanni joined the Environmental Hydrogeology research group and the Energy in Transition research Hub, where he was granted funding to develop fundamental research in water management and sustainable energy transitions.
Giovanni is driven by water and energy efficiency, so he has oriented his professional career to water management and low-carbon technologies for decarbonisation. He has been working between Chile and the Netherlands and speaks fluent Spanish, Italian, English and has knowledge of German and Dutch.
