The Chilean Hydrogen Association, H2 Chile, has announced the formation of its new board of directors for 2026–2027. Nuria Hartmann, Manager at HINICIO Chile, will serve as Vice President of the Association, alongside President Aram Pedinian Mohr from HIF Global.
This appointment reflects the sustained, technical, and strategic work that Nuria has carried out over more than 10 years in the energy, sustainability, and hydrogen sectors. During 5 years as Manager at Hinicio Chile, she has led high-impact initiatives both locally and internationally:
- The development of CertHiLAC, the first regional certification system for renewable hydrogen production in Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Technical contributions to the Climate Investment Funds, supporting different economies in accessing and implementing climate finance for industrial decarbonization through multilateral development banks.
- The co-founding of Women in Green Hydrogen Latin America, promoting diversity and female leadership in the industry.
- Successful applications of Power-to-X projects to funds like H2Global.

The election took place during the Tenth Ordinary General Assembly of H2 Chile, an event also marked by a review of the state of the industry, the association’s progress, and the structural challenges facing the development of renewable hydrogen at both the local and global levels.
At Hinicio, we trust that her role on H2 Chile’s Board will help accelerate Power-to-X project development, investment, and local demand, to advance energy security and independence across the country.
