The study involved conducting workshops to gain an in-depth understanding of the Albanian power market and fostering a comprehensive view of its dynamics. Hinicio developed diverse scenarios with various system configurations to provide a nuanced understanding of potential outcomes. A partnership strategy was formulated, involving key off-takers, technology providers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure robust project support. Additionally, an initial project plan was established, and a project risk assessment was co-developed, outlining potential risks and corresponding mitigation strategies to de-risk the Final Investment Decision (FID).
