In collaboration with Greenwark, an advisory firm specializing in climate policy, Hinicio advised the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) on the formulation and design of the Green Climate Fund multinational project, “E-Motion: E-Mobility and Low Carbon Transport Programme.” This initiative aimed to accelerate electromobility in Panama, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
