The consultancy services included managing and monitoring the defined project timeline, coordinating the client’s technical workstreams and external stakeholders involved in the project development throughout the tender application process, assisting with the Q&A process for consultations, preparing technical notes with expert reviews by Hinicio to ensure alignment with required content and applicable standards, and conducting quality reviews of deliverables, such as pricing strategies, environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), and GHG emission reduction calculations.
