Description
The study consisted of designing a pilot project to produce and dispense renewable and low-carbon hydrogen to meet local demand for fuel-cell material handling equipment and fuel cell trucks. The project encompassed several key activities: defining the optimal operating scenario and fleet replacement strategy and conducting a budgetary quotation for hydrogen refueling stations, fuel-cell material handling equipment (FC-MHE), and fuel-cell trucks (FC-Trucks). Additionally, it assessed associated risks and proposed mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
