Ruddy is a trilingual Psychologist (Spanish, English, Portuguese) specialized in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, certified in Primary Practice in Rational-Emotive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has +11 years of extensive experience in Human Resources.
Ruddy has been able to lead HRBPs and administrative teams, develop and implement HR strategies, programs and projects at local and regional level in LATAM, she has focused on processes such as performance evaluations, compensation and wellbeing, career paths and recognitions, all with the objective of ensuring the complete execution of HR processes towards work teams.
